The Partiologist: Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!

You didn't think I would let Christmas come and go without spreading a little more Holiday Cheer did you??  I've been baking and decorating these cookies for everyone!

Christmas Cookies

I planned to create wonderful cookies for Christmas Eve.

For some reason, after making over 70 dozen cookies, I just ran out of time - NOT ideas.

So I had to be creative and I came up with this.

My Cookies & Dip Wreath!

This works great for my family - some of us like giant piles of frosting on their cookie while others like just a small layer.

Some don't want any frosting at all.

Therefore, I won't tell them that I didn't have time to decorate, just that I wanted to meet every one's needs for the Perfect Christmas Cookie!

I really think that it's a great idea and no one will ever know.

I just hope next year I don't run out of time to bake.  I don't think I'll be able to pull off giving out dough and telling them to bake and frost their very own "Perfect Christmas Cookie"!

Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas...

From My Party to Yours!

  6. Thanks for the comments! For the big peppermint cookie, I used a big circle cutter and cut fondant for the top. Each one is frosted and sprinkled with sanding sugar.
