The Partiologist: Sparkling Star Dessert!

Sparkling Star Dessert!

Today I've got a couple easy breezy treats for you to make.  These did not make it to the dessert buffet because they would melt.  And nobody wants a plate of melted stars.  Wait....I think I have another idea!!  But first this is something you can make in a sparkling blink of an eye.  I called it Pie in the Sky but don't get your hopes up, there is no pie.  Puff Pastry in the Sky just didn't sound as good.  Here's the Puff Pastry Star Dessert & Sparkling Water~

After taking this photo, I realized how pretty this would have been with a little added raspberries or a red raspberry sauce.  I couldn't retake the photo with raspberries, well, because I ate the rest of the raspberries that I used in the ice cubes.  So please save a few raspberries.  Or even make a raspberry sauce, but then you couldn't make it in a sparkling blink of an eye.
Here's the blink version~
Buy Puff Pastry.
Let thaw and remove one from pouch.
Fold open and cut several squares with scalloped square cutter.
Cut out a star in the center of half of the puff pastry squares.
Brush the tops (the ones with the star cutout) with egg wash.
Add sparkling sugar.
Bake.
With remaining dough, cut out different sizes of stars.
Brush the little stars with egg wash.
Add sparkling sugar.
Bake.

Right before serving, assemble.
The blink way~
Fill with whipped topping.
Sprinkle on some blueberries and raspberries.
(Aren't you glad you saved some?)
Drizzle with Chocolate syrup.
Top with little puff pastry stars.
Since you can make it in a blink of an eye, I got more raspberries and did it again...just for you!
Serve with Star filled Sparkling Water.
Here's How~
Fill Star shaped tray (Wilton) with sparkling water and add blueberries and raspberries.  Freeze.
Pop star shaped ice out of the molds and grab your glasses.

Add the frozen stars to the glasses.
Top with sparkling water.
I used VOSS because I like the bottle.
I buy alot of things I don't need because I like the packaging.
Only buy two bottles, they are expensive.

Chill Out!
