The Partiologist: Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Wreath!

Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Wreath!

I am Fa la la in love with this wreath, because it's the #best tasting, #adorable,  #chocolate, #easierthanpie wreath I've ever made!  I think you might just Fa la la in love with it too.

You might want to call this the Easy Chocolate Wreath Edition because there's only three ingredients.

Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Wreath!

Are you feeling it?

It's a DIY edible wreath that can be made now, like in today!

Because I'm going to show you how simple it is to make.

After buying the Donut pan months ago, I knew it would be perfect for the wreath.

Because it is silicon, I knew the chocolate would pop right out.

So let's get started and melt Ghirardelli chocolate chips.

I love my Wilton candy melt pot keeps the chocolate at the perfect temperature.

Gather up dried cranberries and pistachios.

Pour the melted Ghirardelli chocolate into the mold.

Immediately sprinkle with the cranberries and pistachios.

Filling every space.

Set in the refrigerator to harden.

Roll and cut a bow out of red fondant.

I love this bow cutter.

One press and the entire bow is cut.

Place the fondant around a spoon handle to form the loops.

Let dry.

Next cut the holly from green fondant.

Then, using the same red fondant, cut tiny circles with the a #7 round pastry tip.

That way the berries will match the color of the bow.

Because everyone would notice if your berries didn't match.  Wink!

Place the fondant ribbon on the wreath with a bit of chocolate.

Add more chocolate to the top of the fondant ribbon.

Add the bow.

Add a bit of chocolate to each piece of holly.

Add the holly to the wreath.

And YUM your done! The best part of chocolate?  Chocolate.

 Happy Holly Days!
