The Partiologist: S'mores Marshmallow Sandwich!

S'mores Marshmallow Sandwich!

Sometimes things can get a little complicated in the kitchen.  Today's post is so simple you can make them with your kids... or let your kids make them... or make them and don't tell anyone you've made them and eat them all yourself.  That could happen when it comes to S'mores.
Obviously, S'mores will be on the menu at many Fourth of July celebrations, so I decided to show you how to make S'mores cute without a campfire.
S'mores Marshmallow Sandwich!

Can you believe I double dipped?
I sure did, to give these the chocolate coating they deserve.
They can be made up ahead of time and served ANYTIME!
In case you don't already know, I like my S'mores neat and tidy.
Ingredients needed for Tidy S'mores...
Jet-Puffed S'moreMallows, they're jumbo fluffy and sweet!
Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs (or you can crush your own).
Red, white and blue sprinkles.
And of course, Hershey's milk chocolate chips (or Hershey's Bars).
First you need to take the jumbo marshmallows and cut in half length wise.
Cut the Graham crackers into sticks.
Melt the Hershey's chips in a microwave bowl at half power.
Stirring every 15 seconds until melted.
Dip the marshmallow halfway into the melted Hershey's milk chocolate chips.
Place the chocolate dipped marshmallow on the top of a graham cracker.
Spoon a bit more melted chocolate on the top of the marshmallow and top with another cracker.
After the crackers are all put together, place in refrigerator until set.
Place crushed graham crackers in small bowl.
Remove from refrigerator and dip the end of the graham cracker sandwich into more melted Hershey's milk chocolate chips.
Before the chocolate has set, dip the chocolate into the crushed graham cracker crumbs, leaving some of the chocolate on the top.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate with red, white and blue sprinkles.

Maybe I should have dipped both ends?
Hmmm, there's still time.
And did you even know they make red, white and blue star shaped Jet-Puffed Marshmallows?
Yea, I thought so. Too cute, right?
Covering the entire marshmallow might make them lose their shape, so I just dipped the bottom in chocolate and again in the sprinkles.
Easy as one, two three.
Summer called and Jet Puffed Marshmallows answered!
