There's rarely a time when I'm not crafting, and when I'm not crafting, I'm thinking about crafting, which lead me to these stacked pumpkin cake pops.  While thumbing through my fall catalogs, I found the most adorable stacked pumpkins for an urn.  Perfect for my two empty urns out front, only they were a bit pricey.  So I decided to go the less expensive route and this is what I made...

It's only Monday, so you still have time to make this pumpkin dessert for Thanksgiving.  Even if you're not a lover of pumpkin pie, which I'm not, the combination of pumpkin and chocolate are a favorite.  When I came across this cheesecake, I thought it would be perfect for Thanksgiving, you know, so I could serve pumpkin like everyone else, just not in a pie.

  

And I am very thankful too.  For many many things.  One of those things happens to be this recipe for the Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cheesecake.  No, it's not on the top of my "thankful" list, but I want to share it with you anyway.

What do you do when you see a cute inexpensive little pumpkin ice cube tray?  You buy it.  I could hardly wait to get home a make ice cubes Mini Oreo Chocolate Covered Pumpkins!  Sometimes when I get something in my mind, it doesn't go as planned.  This time it went as planned and The Pumpkins were growing faster than I could harvest!

Today is the beginning of all things Halloween.  And what better way to start it off then with lots and lots of ideas using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter.  This collection of creative pumpkins was put together by The Great Pumpkin herself- Callye!

AKA SweetSugarBelle.  If for some odd reason you haven't visited her blog - your must.  NOW.  She is one of the sweetest, most talented people I know and I'm happy to call her my friend.  Several ideas came to mind using the pumpkin cutter, but I decided to keep it simple and YUMMY.  Did you notice YUMMY?
