So it's almost Easter and I haven't had a chance to make anything super creative, I'll tell you why later. However, one of my favorite desserts for Easter (or anytime) is Carrot Cake. And with this adorable chocolate mold, the carrot topped cupcakes were created!

Carrot Topped Cupcakes!
With a tiny carrot mold they were so easy to make.
Let me show you how.
My favorite kind of gardening involves sweets.
Start by melting Wilton orange and green candy melts and pour into candy bag.
Snip the end of the bag and pipe the colors into the carrot mold.
Let harden (I place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes) and once it is frozen, I pop the carrot out of the mold.
Bake (or buy) carrot cupcakes and decorate with a swirl and place carrot on top!
Hop To It!
These cupcakes are adorable! I love the carrots on top. Thanks for sharing at #HomeMattersParty
