Something must be happening to me. I'm doing things for halloween like never before. I've always wanted to be "Witch and Famous" so I'm adding some cute and not so cute Witch themed treats. I hope you can Stop by for a Spell...
Witch Cake Pops
Wilton Lime Green Candy Melts
JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
Wilton Cookie Sticks
Lime Green Sanding Sugar
Raffia
Black Witch Hat (Hobby Lobby)
Ribbon
Black and Green Fondant
Black M & M's
Make one or more...
How about that - A Little Pumpkin Witch Pop?
Make and dip a cake pop in Orange candy melts.
Sprinkle with orange sanding sugar.
Wrap raffia around a piece cardboard.
Slide off and tie in a knot.
Cut the ends.
Cut out black fondant face using micro mini cutters.
Place in mini bag, hot glue the raffia to the top.
Hot glue the Halloween Witch Hat (Hobby Lobby) on top of raffia.
Good or Bad, Which Witch are YOU?
Loving the lime green! I don't think I have seen that color before. I will have to run to Michael's today! Thanks for the excuse to go shopping!
ReplyDeleteI want a witch and the pumpkin! Am I being selfish???
I do what I can to help the economy! Not selfish at all, two witches are always better than one! :)
DeleteWhat a cute post and what adorably fun and inventive treats. I love your presentation.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Paula - I had such fun putting this together! :)
DeleteSo clever and cute!! The grands will love making these!
ReplyDeleteI do hope you enjoy making these - better get the green candy melts before they sell out! :)
DeleteSo cute! I guess the tricky part is getting the facial details to look as good as these ones you made!
ReplyDeleteI just rolled fondant between my fingers to get the nose shape. The rounds I cut out with the end of a piping tip and the mouth just a long strip. Hope this helps!!
DeleteAs always, ADORABLE. Both so creative and unique. Can't wait to see what else you have up your witches sleeve. from, twobeautifulgirls
ReplyDeleteLove everything about these!!! The tooth on the witch is just perfect as is the color of her face. The packaging with the rafia and hat is fantastic too. Pinning.
ReplyDeleteThanks Beth - They were quite fun to make!
DeleteThanks for adding your pictures to my Halloween picture party! I appreciate you being the first to get the party started. It's great to have your amazing projects linked up.
DeleteI love those!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the sweet comment!
DeleteHaha, so cute! I've never seen lime green candy melts before - I'll have to find them!
ReplyDeleteThe lime green candy melts are out now, but you better hurry and get some before they fly off the shelves before Halloween! :)
DeleteLove the pumpkin witch cake pop!
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely on a Halloween roll! The hair and hat with the packaging is so cute and clever, Kim!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue for stopping by!
DeleteAll of your wonderful Halloween designs are "casting a spell" on me!
ReplyDeleteYou totally made my day with all your wonderful comments! Thanks!
DeleteI'm gonna have to remember all your clever comments because I, too, have always wanted to be "Witch and Famous".
ReplyDeleteGluing the hair and hat to the outer bag is a great idea!!! It makes the hair stand out which is even better - makes her look more witchy. Hats off to you. If people can't find the lime green - reg. green will do just as well.
Thanks for this great post and "Best Witches" to you also.
Tavette
