The Partiologist: The Witch Is In!

The Witch Is In!

Something must be happening to me.  I'm doing things for halloween like never before.  I've always wanted to be "Witch and Famous" so I'm adding some cute and not so cute Witch themed treats.  I hope you can Stop by for a Spell...

Witch Cake Pops

Candy Coated Marshmallow Pop!

Wilton Lime Green Candy Melts

JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Wilton Cookie Sticks

Lime Green Sanding Sugar

Raffia

Black Witch Hat (Hobby Lobby)

Ribbon

Black and Green Fondant

Black M & M's

Make one or more...

In case you're wanting something smiling, I'll cast a spell...

WOW it worked!!!

How about that - A Little Pumpkin Witch Pop?

Make and dip a cake pop in Orange candy melts.

Sprinkle with orange sanding sugar.

Wrap raffia around a piece cardboard.

Slide off and tie in a knot.

Cut the ends.

Cut out black fondant face using micro mini cutters.

Place in mini bag, hot glue the raffia to the top.

Hot glue the Halloween Witch Hat (Hobby Lobby) on top of raffia.

Good or Bad, Which Witch are YOU?

  1. Loving the lime green! I don't think I have seen that color before. I will have to run to Michael's today! Thanks for the excuse to go shopping!

    1. I do what I can to help the economy! Not selfish at all, two witches are always better than one! :)

  4. So cute! I guess the tricky part is getting the facial details to look as good as these ones you made!

    1. I just rolled fondant between my fingers to get the nose shape. The rounds I cut out with the end of a piping tip and the mouth just a long strip. Hope this helps!!

  11. I'm gonna have to remember all your clever comments because I, too, have always wanted to be "Witch and Famous".
Gluing the hair and hat to the outer bag is a great idea!!! It makes the hair stand out which is even better - makes her look more witchy. Hats off to you. If people can't find the lime green - reg. green will do just as well.
Thanks for this great post and "Best Witches" to you also.
