The Partiologist: Broom Service!

Broom Service!

After making all the Witch Pops, they've been asking about their brooms.  What good is a witch without a broom? I took care of the problem right away.

Broom Cakes

Put some ZOOM in your BROOM!
Broomstick Cakes...
Perfect size for a Wicked Witch!
Using the Mini Wonder Pan (Hobby Lobby)
Bake your cake.
Plop out of pan and on paper doilies.
Use pretzel rods for the broomstick and insert in the middle of the cake.
(I broke a little off the end so they wouldn't be so tall)
Using the Wilton grass tip, pipe frosting from the bottom to the top.
Repeat until you've covered the cake.
Cut black fondant strips and wrap around the top of frosting.

And if you're not quite that wicked, I think I have the perfect size for you~
Mini Broomstick Brownie Pops!

Use the above method with the Wilton Brownie Pop Pan.
All broomsticks are created equal...

  3. These are the best witch broom themed edible crafts I've seen yet. Love 'em. I just wish you would have created them last year so I could have used them for our witch themed party. Got any brilliant ideas for a zombie party?
