The Partiologist: Easy Oreo's for the Fourth!

Easy Oreo's for the Fourth!

Do you want to make something easy, like really easy?  I'm pretty sure these chocolate covered Oreo's fit the bill.  And you'll be the star of the party because you're sharing with friends and family.  You are sharing aren't you?

Red, White and Blue Oreo's!

I mean you only have a few days, no time for complicated.

I'll save that for next week.

Grab the Oreo's and a mold and let's get started.

I should say you need to get started, mine are finished!

I love this mold, the Oreo's come out perfect every time.

Fill the bottom and sides with red Wilton candy melts.

Place the Oreo in the center and cover the top.

To make them Patriotic, I made white fondant stars.

Pour blue melted candy melts in a bag and snip the end.

Drizzle back and forth across the top.

Immediately sprinkle with red, white and blue sprinkles.

Add a bit of melted candy melts and place the white fondant star on top.

Stars and Stripes 4 Ever!
