Let's Get Buzzed!

If I'm going to highlight some of my favorite parts of the Garden Party, I could not leave these out!  Again in the middle of the night I remembered I had seen a metal bumblebee at Joann Fabrics.  I woke up and knew just what I would do with it....

Let's Get Buzzed!
 

I hot glued it to the wall and strung some black cord, added "Let's Get Buzzed" stick on letters!  And how should a person get buzzed? 
With my lemon drop martinis!
Took black pipe cleaners and hot glued bumble bees to the end of each.  I then wrapped the pipe cleaner around the stem of the sugared rim martini glasses.  Finished it off with a black straw! 

Each guest had a Bumble Bee sugar cookie to take home~
All packaged up and a bowl of lemon drop candies in the middle!
Hope you got a little "BUZZ" out of this!

    Don't know how I missed this post but I LOVE IT. Everything is just adorable. I know you must have the patience of Job to do those bumble cookies. Pure Perfection! Loved the yellow martini/glasses too. Loved it all. Another hit. You just amaze me!!

    Beautiful cookies - I love the wings and the flower! I also love how you decorated the martini glasses. Who knew pipe cleaners would make such a wonderful decoration?
