Daisy Cake

It wouldn't be possible for me to have a party without serving a dessert.  And this dessert was part of the decorations.  Don't you love it when you can eat the decorations...less cleanup!  After seeing this cake by Lindy Smith, I knew it would be perfect for the party, with a few added mini lady bug cakes!

I cut apart a stem of leaves for each ladybug to rest upon~

And I can't forget the center island~

How about some 'smores bars to take home, in red gingham boxes?

I've been a Lady long enough, I hope you enjoyed the Picnic in the (Indoor) Park.  The weather was lovely, I couldn't have asked for a nicer day!
