Peter Peter Pumpkin Pleaser!

Ladies and Gentlemen, start your ovens.  It's time for the Thanksgiving Beast Feast to get cooked.  And since you have your oven on, you might want to whip up this little ole pumpkin roll.  It's simple, cute and full of yumminess.  My oven has yet to see a turkey, but a pumpkin cake roll?  You betcha!

I found this recipe in Woman's Day magazine while waiting for my hair to process.  Wait, my hair is all natural, I must have been waiting in the grocery line when I found the recipe. WINK

Not only is it a great Thanksgiving dessert, it looks great on my turkey platter.

 I knew I would need that platter someday!
