Peppermint Cheesecake Lollipop!

Yes, it's a peppermint lollipop, but don't lick it...take a big fat bite!  Remember when I made the Peppermint Cheesecake wrapped like candy?  This is the year to make it again with a new twist.  And in case you don't have time to actually make the cheesecake, you can buy it and package it the same.  You know, it's all about the packaging.

After making the yummy chocolate peppermint cheesecake, I packaged it like a lollipop!

You can either make your own cheesecake or buy a chocolate cheesecake, sprinkle with peppermint pieces and package it up.

The why?  Well, it's is because I can't leave anything alone.

Once I had the idea in my head I was thrilled to find plastic cake dowel rods and ribbon at Hobby Lobby.

I had the cellophane packaging on hand.
