I'm kind of on a pizza kick, so I thought I'd share this idea for an after school pizza cookie. I don't know if you really need all these photos, but I wanted to feel like an official blogger.
Grease and flour two 10" pans
I used Bakers Joy and lined the pans with parchment paper.
Pizza Cookie Crust
2 2/3 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 cup brown sugar (1 lb. bag)
2/3 cup butter
1- 6 oz. package chocolate chips
Melt butter, add brown sugar; cool 10 minutes.
Then add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips.
Spread evenly in pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
As soon as it comes out of the oven sprinkle each crust with 1 cup marshmallows and put back into oven until marshmallows puff a little. Then add 1/3 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup mini M & M's and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Let cool and remove from pans.
Serve it on a cake plate or...
slice it and individually package.
A little closer please...
Or, you could box it up for a pizza delivery...
Okay, now go have yourself a little slice of pizza!
