The Partiologist: Chocolate Bunnies!

Chocolate Bunnies!

It just wouldn't be Easter without the addition of chocolate bunnies now would it?  The store shelves are lined with every size chocolate bunny imaginable.  Just not like these.  My chocolate bunnies are small but mighty.

 Practicing for the bunny hop...
Who wouldn't want these in their Easter Basket?
Or how about at each place setting?

You can make them in a jiffy or maybe a couple of jiffy's.  Melt your chocolate and fill a bunny shape candy mold.  Add an eye, ribbon and little flower.  To package, fill each bag with colored Easter grass, lay the bunny on top of the grass and tie with ribbon.  (Sorry, the bunnies were hopping around so fast I didn't have a chance to take photos!)

If you're not into chocolate, which I cannot imagine, give these
Faux Chocolate Bunnies a try~
Sugar cookies with brown butter cream frosting and sanding sugar.  No chocolate involved.   Just add a candy eye and ribbon.
They make a pretty package too~
This time I filled the bottom of the package with green Easter grass and a few jelly beans.  Place the cookie on top and tie with a ribbon.
 The Bunny Stops HERE!

Keep Calm and Hop On!

  1. Love the gingham bows on both the bunnies and the bags. Chocolate bunnies or chocolate decorated bunny cookies, I'd like to find both in my Easter Basket :)
