The Partiologist: Super Hero Party!

Super Hero Party!

When I decided the theme for this next party would be Super Hero's, I was so excited to get started.  I've wanted to create Super Hero themed sweets for a long long time.
And BAM! it happened.

Super Hero Party

I don't know about you, but sometimes I wish I were Wonder Woman, Super Woman or even Bat Girl.  Whatever super power they have, I need... I need more of me.  Not that I'm great, but I don't trust anyone else to do the stuff I need to do.  Except I will trust someone else to scrub the floor.

Okay, back to the party.

It is such a fun party theme, I mean who doesn't love those bright colors?

Everything needed for can be found at Oriental Trading HERE.

Including the fabulous posters!

I was so excited when they arrived, larger than I had hoped which made a great back drop!

And the sky scraper centerpiece held the cups filled with popcorn.

Here's a closer look at each item on the dessert table.

Can you tell what these are?  They are RKT topped with Super Magnets.

And drizzled with red chocolate and sprinkles.

A few easy steps to make the RKT party favor.

The magnets have a removable center, making the outside the perfect frame to save a photo from the party.

I used the inside of the magnet for the topper on the RKT.

Press the rice Krispie mixture inside a rectangle cookie cutter the size of the magnet.

Wrap each RKT in saran wrap, place on the magnet and slide into cellophane bag and tie with ribbon.

Such a cute favor and treat, right?

The next cookies are easy to recognize, monster cookies topped with Super Power Stickers.

Each cookie bagged and topped with a super sticker.

KaPow!

And the cupcakes were the perfect addition.

Just insert the cupcake topper!

Notice the matching cupcake papers?

Next are the super hero plastic cups.

At my parties, water is never just water.

With a few party favors from Oriental Trading, I turned ordinary water into Super Water!

Wrap the stretchy band around a water bottle, slide straw inside the band and attach the super hero to the top of the straw.

And you've got Super Water!

Oh, I can't forget the super lollipops, made with the kit from Oriental Trading too.

Complete with felt capes!

I totally decided to do this theme when I found the sky scraper center piece to hold the popcorn.

You can find everything you need for your Super Hero Party at Oriental Trading HERE.

Wham, Bam, KaBoom!
