The Partiologist: Tropical Oreos!

Tropical Oreos!

With the island vibes going, I couldn't stop with a few treats. And I'll admit, really nothing about these is tropical other than the way they were decorated. I can turn anything into any theme! These were all pretty easy.

Tropical Oreos!

Notice I said "Oreos" not "Oreo's"? It was brought to my attention I have been spelling it the wrong way all these years. Sorry not sorry.

Anyway, no matter how it's spelled, aren't they the cutest? Made with a mold, candy melts and fondant they were the perfect addition to the table.

These were topped with fondant decorations.

And displayed on a clear cake stand that was wrapped with a pink Hawaiian lei.

Get ready for it... a Sweet 16 photo prop frame. Really it's a DIY photo prop frame. Anyone can make it if you have an entire day.

Such fun for photos and perfect for framing my cookies! Speaking of cookies, I can't wait to show you all the tropical sugar I've created!

Tropical enough for a cookie photo shoot.

More from the tropics included the counter filled with food. Like food food. That's what I call it if it doesn't have sugar.

Macadamia nuts and wasabi peas in the coconut cups. The palm leaf trays held deviled eggs and three cheese pesto pasta. The center palm tree try held the fruit from the island.

Behind the sink the tropical trees and seashells to celebrate the birthday girl!

You don't want to know how I got the raffia skirt around the island.

I guess you could call it my Hawaiian Island.

Aloha!
