The Partiologist: Frozen Themed Cookies!

Frozen Themed Cookies!

Of course I had to make cookies for the birthday party. And making them for my granddaughter was so much fun! When talking to her about the designs, I asked if it was okay not to make Elsa and Anna. Umm, she looked at me and said "I want Elsa and Anna". I knew I couldn't make face cookies so I had to come up with a way to make it work!

Frozen Themed Cookies!

So let's take a look.

Not as complicated as the Olaf Cake Pop, I made Olaf Cookies!

I knew I couldn't make an actual face of the princesses on a cookie. I've seen very realistic Elsa and Anna cookies, not in my world. I needed to let that idea go.

But I aim to please, so I came up with an idea...stencil their faces on the cookies!

This was the first set.

I'm not sure if you can see, I stenciled silver snowflakes in the background then added the silhouette.

Another design, just in case the first attempt didn't go as planned.

I'm not sure which I liked best.

And I added a few snowflake cookies.

All the snowflakes were dusted in sparkling silver sugar dust.

These snowflake cookies ended up being my favorite!

After watching a video of SweetAmbsCookies I searched through my snowflake cookie cutters and found a design I could make work.

Because my granddaughter turned three...

Three themed frozen cookies!

Silver snowflakes airbrushed in the background. Added cake lace snowflakes and sugar pearls to the top.

And every birthday girl should have their name on a cookie, right?

I made these just for her!

Needed another purple cookie, so I added FROZEN!

A lot of icy designs!

I think she loved them all!

The cookies were a labor of love...

Some people are worth melting for!

  1. Just precious. They all turned out beautifully. It's hard to pick a favorite but I do love the multicolored snow flakes.

  2. Your stenciled designs look so perfect. I'm sure Brynlee was thrilled to see Elsa and Anna on her cookies. But, like you, my favorite are the snowflakes. Wow, the variation of colors on the snowflakes is gorgeous!

    1. Yes, her little eyes lit up when she saw them! Thank you so much!
