Here in Colorado, I'm ringing in the new year with a blanket of snow. Some of you might not see snow this January...no worries, you can make your own! Just tap your heels together.
Let it Snow...
Let it Snow...
Let it Snow...
And it snowed...Chocolate Snowmen Pops!
And Chocolate Snowflake Pops.
Wouldn't it be fun, if just a couple of times it snowed chocolate snowflakes?
Just in case it doesn't happen, I'll show you how to make them!

After making the red candy pops, I added white fondant snowflakes.
A few snowmen had to get in on the fun too!
Baby, it's very cold outside! But not for the white chocolate Snowmen!
I used Wilton white chocolate for the suckers and Wilton red fondant to make their hats.
After rolling out the fondant, I embossed it with fabric embossing mats.
Added a strip of red (cut with my OXO Rolling Mincer) across the bottom and made a red circle for the pom pom.
Piped on a little royal icing and put the snowman together.
It's Been Nice To Snow Ya!
I would love it if it snowed chocolate snowflakes! I can't explain how much I love snow and I wake up every morning and look outside to see if it is a winter wonderland! Your snowmen are adorable!
