Chocolate Snowmen!

I've been enjoying the snow, but the cold...not so much.  I love it when I see a little snowman in someone's front yard and I really love that I didn't have to build it.  The snowmen I build keep me warm and cozy, like this bag of hot chocolate mix.

Fill a cone shaped bag (Hobby Lobby) with Homemade Hot Chocolate.  (Martha's Recipe)

 

RECIPE

 

Top with Jet Puffed Mallow Bits, red and blue sixlets.

 

Add the printable snowman tag (includes directions).

Print the Snowman Wrapper and wrap around a Hershey Bar, trimming to fit.

 

Tape the back.

 

This seemed to be a simple idea...

In reality, it was a awful. 

 

I painted the colored candy melts in the mold for the face and topped with melted white candy melts.

 

Could not get it perfect after several tries - maybe next year?

 

After all that work, you might even need a little chocolate yourself.
