The Partiologist: Yard Line Rice Krispie Treats!

Yard Line Rice Krispie Treats!

I sure make a lot of Rice Krispie Treats, don't I?  This idea can be used on cookies, brownies or any other bar you like.  For some odd reason RKT are the first to come to mind.  Maybe because I can have them made before you can say snap, crackle, pop.

They look so professional, don't they?

Well, I'll let you in on my little secret.  It's a stencil.

I just love the crisp white lines across the field.

You want to be team captain?

I'll show you how.

Here's the start of my game plan.

It's a stencil made by The Cookie Countess found HERE.

Buy it now with FREE SHIPPING through the 26th of September!

I measured the size of the field I wanted to stencil.

Next I rolled out a piece of green candy clay (or you could use fondant) and cut to size.

Candy Clay recipe HERE.

Lay the stencil across the top of the green candy clay.

Using an off set spatula, spread royal icing across the top of the stencil.

Gently, lift off the stencil and clean the edges.

Place the 'field' on the top of a Rice Krispie treat (or any other treat) and cut to size.

It's a win win.

Are you ready for some football...

Or Rice Krispie Treats?

It's time to get back in the game!
