Covered with candy melts and a few added roses, you can turn Oreo's into cookies fit for a princess! Or two little princesses...my nieces. Find out how.

Belle Inspired Oreo's
Someone, I won't name names, didn't know. Hint: I'm married to the guy.
Here's how to make it happen.
Cover an Oreo with candy melts, add fondant and a bit of frosting, then you'll have a beautiful Belle Oreo.
So much fun to create and I believe Belle would approve.
Take a look at the process.
Using two sizes of rose molds, I made red fondant roses.
Fill the Oreo mold with yellow candy melts and add Oreo and cover with more yellow candy melts.
Now it's time to get to the fun.
Make yellow fondant beads with a mold.
Remove the fondant from the mold.
Fold a paper into fourths and place on the Oreo.
Make a small mark at each of the folds.
Cut the beads into four pieces.
Place a dab of Karo syrup at the mark and stick the beads to the Oreo.
Continue adding the beads around the Oreo.
Using the Karo syrup for glue, top with the red fondant roses.
Pipe a royal icing leaf on each side of the rose.
